By using Pet Paradise's Unleashed Oasis Sniffspot property, I, the undersigned, understand and agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge that the use of this property is at my own risk and that of my dog(s). While the area is fenced and maintained, it is not guaranteed escape-proof or hazard-free.
I understand that dog play can result in injury or illness to dogs or humans, including but not limited to bites, scratches, or the transmission of diseases.
2. Liability Release:
I hereby release and hold harmless Pet Paradise, its owners, and affiliates from any liability or claims arising from injury, damage, or loss that may occur while using this Sniffspot, whether caused by my dog, myself, or other users.
3. Property Rules:
I will supervise my dog at all times while on the property.
I will secure the gate upon entry and exit.
I will not leave my dog unattended.
I will ensure my dog is current on vaccinations and free from contagious conditions.
I understand the use of any provided dog toys are used at my own risk.
I understand there are no restrooms available if Pet Paradise staff are not on site.
I understand no blankets or towels are provided.
I understand I may bring human and/or pet food or drinks, but I must take all trash with me when I leave the property.
I understand use of the puppy pool (summer only), trampoline, or other amenitites is at my own risk.
I understand that property maintenance is limited in the winter months or during raining or snowing conditions.
4. Camera Surveillance:
I acknowledge that the property is monitored by security cameras for the safety using a Ring camara.
